Define program scope, objectives, milestones and success metrics. Build integrated roadmaps across projects and teams, and plan releases around dependencies.
Oversee end-to-end delivery using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid methods. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and partner with QA/DevOps on release readiness.
Act as the primary point of contact for program-level communication. Run steering meetings, status reviews, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
Track and mitigate risks before they affect delivery. Report on KPIs like schedule, budget, velocity and defect rates, and improve delivery processes and tooling.
6+ years in software development delivery, with at least 3 years managing programs or several concurrent projects. Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Business or equivalent experience.
Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile frameworks. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana or monday.com, and a proven record of delivering complex software on time and within budget.
Strong stakeholder management, including client-facing and executive communication. Comfortable with budgets, forecasting and resource planning. Excellent written and spoken English.
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, PRINCE2 or CSM certification; background as an engineer, BA or tech lead; experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, OutSystems, or agency/consultancy delivery across time zones.
Get to know our teams, clients, delivery processes and active programs. Take ownership of at least one program and its roadmap, and set up clear reporting with stakeholders.
Deliver major program milestones on schedule and within budget. Earn strong client satisfaction and repeat business, and introduce at least one process improvement adopted across delivery teams.
