You Will Play an Important Role In
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects using Agile methodologies. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Management: Working closely with cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage client expectations and deliver projects that meet or exceed their requirements
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address any issues or roadblocks that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Quality Assurance:Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to industry best practices.
- Costing & Billing:It is imperative to meticulously document and prepare all requisite materials for invoicing. Depending on the specific project's intricacy and requirements, you may need to either submit these documents to the client directly or seamlessly facilitate their transfer to the pertinent departments within CodeMe Pro.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to clients and senior management. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, risk registers, and change logs.
- Targets & KPIs: Achieving individual targets and objectives established by the direct manager, to contribute at achieving our organization objectives together including ensuring a said project is delivered successfully within budget
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven experience managing IT projects using Agile methodologies including a strong understanding of project management concepts and tools.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English. Great interpersonal skills, positive thinking, good attitude and willingness to learn and execute as a team.
- PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
